Next, you will need a one time offer so that you make a little profit. Here you could offer the larger version of the course at a reduced price, or some other related product. The product should be related to the first sale however.

And then, of course, you need an affiliate program and autoresponder. There are many products out there that can do the job, but the best affiliate software that I have seen anywhere is JVManager. It really is very simple. I guess you are paying for the lead in a way, but you're not out of pocket any cash, only your product. Make sure that you have each customer give you their email address before receiving their product. The easiest way to do this is to deliver the product or download link by email, using your autoresponder of course.

You've gained a nice list of paying customers; but, don't ignore the value of the affiliate on your list either. Surely you have other products for him to promote, making a tidy profit for both of you.
